For one of our clients we are currently looking for a Team Leader Customer Service, working from the comfort of his/her own home in the UK. This is an exciting and fast paced role where you will be supporting a team of Customer Service Agents, as well as influencers and celebrities across a wide range of genres. We are looking for a dynamic and confident individual who speaks multiple languages, is articulate, excellent at building relationships and can provide the best customer experience possible next to leading a team.

Your responsibility will include:

Guiding and leading a team of Customer Service Agents on a daily base
Organizing regular training moments and review moments for the agents
Working alongside the agents when needed, engaging with new creators and engaging in VIP calls with whem
Liaise with potential sign ups via social media, email or video calls and ensure follow ups with potential sign ups are done
Any other ad-hoc tasks that can help your team or the companyAbout you:

You are a flexible person and have no issues working differing flexible hours from the comfort of your own home. You are good with people, have previous experience in leading and guiding a team and you are available on short notice to start.

Profile:

A good level of English (B2 or higher) combined with another language on C1-level or higher
A passion for social media and an understanding of all platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook) is a must
At least 1 year of previous experience in a role as a Team Leader, combined with experience in Customer Service
