What will I be doing?

You will be given the autonomy to work under your own guidance and make your own decisions, whilst providing our customers with the highest standard of service. You will be out and about visiting client sites, including hospitals and industrial sectors such as food manufacturing and laboratories, carrying out:

* routine maintenance work of boiler feed and cooling water systems as well as other water purification systems including chemical sanitisation

* emergency breakdowns, working on a call out rota basis

* installing, commissioning and testing new equipment.

You will work with customers to minimise impact to their downtime, delivering an efficient a professional experience, whilst working with a continuous improvement approach, also identifying further opportunities and making recommendations of additional services that can be provided.

What are the requirements?

You need to be used to working in a field service engineer role, for a water treatment company or similar, with specific experience of industry sectors such as hospitals, industrial laboratories, food and beverage plants.

* a strong background servicing, boiler feed, cooling water and systems as well as other water purification systems (water softeners, reverse osmosis, filtration, UV, CLO2 etc.)

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Self-motivated and highly organised

* Full UK driving licence.
