Work Shift

1 - First Shift



The Talent Brand Manager plans, prepares, executes and measures our employer

brand inside the organization to retain current talent while also promoting the

brand externally to build the talent pipeline. This role works cross

functionally with the Communication, Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to

design and own the talent brand on social and digital channels, inside our

organization and across communities by creating content telling the story of

Vermeer. The coordination and dissemination of communication messages, event

support and general communication responsibilities are part of the day-to-day

work advancing the brand and supporting recruiting efforts. This position

writes, edits and manages content. In addition, this role serves as an

organizationally-savvy and data-driven resource through the research and

measurement of talent campaigns and recruiting efforts.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may

be assigned.

* Demonstrate the Vermeer characteristics of caring culture, demonstrating

agility, customer focused and stewardship and model the associated

behaviors.

* Own and manage the Vermeer talent brand on social and digital channels

through strategy creation, operationalization and effectiveness

measurement.

* Develop and manage a content calendar for social media and recruiting

platforms.

* Plan, develop, and edit brand content to build awareness, retain existing

talent and recruit new talent. Identify story ideas and collect

information through internal and external sources to obtain editorial

material for use in organization s communication mediums.

* Work collaboratively with business segments, support functions, and

regional/global entities. Understand the organization s industry, bra

characteristics, business strategy and priorities. Support an ongoing

cadence of communication with employees and other key brand stakeholders

globally to support an engaged workforce worldwide.

* Develop metrics to evaluate effectiveness of communication channels to

guide future talent decision making and content creation.

* Provide project coordination support for recruiting events.

Education_And/or_Experience

* 4-year college degree with a major in Public Relations, Journalism,

Communications or Marketing

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in communication, marketing, recruiting

or a related field.

Other_Skills_And_Abilities

* Strong communication, writing and verbal skills.

* Ability to provide informative and professional assistance when working

with the public/customers and co-workers and maintain positive

interpersonal relationships which encourage openness.

* Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task. Ability to coordinate multiple

projects and conflicting priorities to meet project requirements.

* Ability to provide accurate, professional and error-free documents in a

timely manner.

* Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite and photography skills to create

visually impressive and clear communications.

* Ability to communicate with, and to, all levels of the Organization.

* Demonstrated understanding of diverse audiences and ability to

communicate accordingly.

* Ability to effectively work with diverse groups and all levels internally

and externally to improve projects and processes.

Travel



Up to 5% domestic and/or international travel by car or plane may be required.
