About the Role: --------------- RollWorks, a division of NextRoll, is

seeking an Account Manager for our growing team. RollWorks is a B2B

Account Based Platform designed to enable better sales and marketing

alignment through lead generation and account based advertising by

integrating CRM and marketing automation systems. In this role, you

will be instrumental in providing value to our clients, and therefore

integral to growing our business. You are someone who enjoys building

new relationships, is collaborative and has the commitment to being a

self-starter. You will be working with industry leaders with vision

and surrounded by intelligent and friendly people who are passionate

about taking on new challenges together and building a new brand

within the AdRoll Group. Responsibilities: ----------------- *

Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing RollWorks

advertisers * Focus on revenue growth (cross sell / upsell) and

retention of the accounts * Actively build relationships with all

clients at all levels of the organization (via email, phone,

in-person) * Provide consultative and strategic marketing guidance for

clients * Work collaboratively with the new business sales team to

onboard new clients and develop, maintain, and grow existing client

relationships * Work closely with sales support teams across Technical

Account Management, Dynamic Creative, Business Intelligence, Ad

Operations, and Optimization teams to troubleshoot and optimize

campaigns * Communicate new product features to clients to drive

continued product adoption * Liaison between internal product team and

external clients to recommend new product features Qualifications:

--------------- * 3-5 years of successful technology sales experience,

preferably with exposure to ad-tech * Proven track record of success

in client facing role * Proven ability to achieve a quarterly managed

business quota * Very strong analytical and reporting skills *

Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing *

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Experience

working with and selling to customers in person * Strong understanding

of the ad-tech and B2B mar-tech space * Experience working in a

dynamic, high energy sales culture * Able to travel as needed to meet
