Head of Maintenance (Office Maintenance) - London

The Client

The client is a London based D&B Interiors Fit Out business that has been established for over 15 years. They have won multiple awards for their ingenuity of design of new and refurbished office space and continue to dominate the highly competitive London market. Working with a mix of clients including media, Fintech, food & beverage, retail and finance they are heavily focused on client experience and satisfaction.

In addition, they have an inhouse Maintenance Division that offer ongoing planned and preventative office maintenance and small office works and modifications with an M&E bias to their clients.

Job Description/Requirements

The new Head of Maintenance will be responsible for the management of the Maintenance Department, delivering the Divisional Sales and Gross Profit targets ensuring a minimum of 95% contract retention at renewal.

There is a huge opportunity for growth with this division and the right individual will have strong entrepreneurial spirit, customer mindset and excellent staff management skills
