Our client supplies multimarque new cars, vans and specialist vehicles through their respected and long established brokerage based in North Yorkshire. This is an organisation with a can-do attitude, incredible drive and a senior management team with infectious enthusiasm.

They have a new sales division and we are looking for an Inbound Sales Executive with experience converting in-bound leads to support their growth ambitions in 2020.

We are very close to this client and support them with sales training and development in addition to their recruitment needs. As such, if you were successful we will be on hand to help you get off to the best possible start.


* A salary £20,000

* Uncapped commission with an estimated OTE of £30,000 to £35,000

* 20 days holiday entitlement plus the Bank Holidays (28 days in total)

The Role

* To convert in-bound sales leads into orders

* To ensure sales processes are followed and in keeping with FCA rules

* To achieve agreed targets for volume and profit

* To maintain accurate notes and records on the company’s CRM system

* To provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to the Sales Manager

* To be an ambassador for the company and only ever act in the best interests of the client

* To build strong and trusted relationships that ensure clients come back to you time and time again

You will be a people person at heart, who understands the importance of following a sales process and managing your own disciplines.

The Person

For the position of Inbound Sales Executive our client is looking for the following experience:

* You will be a people person at heart, who understands the importance of following a sales process and managing your own disciplines

* Treating customers fairly in keeping with FCA rules

* Building relationships and selling over the telephone

* Using a CRM system and maintaining records

* Achieving agreed targets
