Project Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Location: Sutton Coldfield/ Tamworth
Other benefits: Car/Car allowance, generous pension, 25 days holiday

Project Quantity Surveyor Summary

A highly reputable Main Contractor are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

They have a very stable workload and operate within sectors such as Education, Commercial and Student Accommodation; with values ranging from £1m to £30m.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to make the step up and run their own schemes or an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge.

Quantity Surveyor Requirements

- JCT and D&B contract experience
- New build construction experience
- Experience working on similar schemes
- UK Driving Licence
