Description

I am currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for an excellent company who are based west of Cambridge. The company are looking for a strong administrator who is able to help out within the companies HR team. Initially, the role would be for 6 months, but there could be the potential for the role to develop into something longer-term.

Main duties will include:

Supporting the HR team with data entry
Assisting the Learning and Development team with administrative tasks for training and appraisals
Printing and preparing induction packs for new starters.
Ad-hoc general administration tasks as required

The successful candidate will have:

Previous administrative or data entry experience.
Excellent communications both written and verbal
Accurate with a strong attention to detail
Able to work as part of a team
Good IT skills – comfortable with MS Office products

If you had previous experience working with a HR Administration role that would be highly desirable but not essential.
