LendingMetrics is currently looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to generate appointments for our Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have experience getting through the Gatekeepers and talking to Decision Makers. The role will require professionalism and a great level of resilience. This will be a rewarding role for the right candidate working in a fast-paced and growing organisation.
We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with previous experience in a sales environment, who are target driven and have a proven track record of excellent customer service.
Package: competitive salary £18k - £21k per annum (+ Bonus up to 30k OTE)
Lead Generation Specialist Desired qualities:
* A strong telemarketing / sales background
* A proven track record in delivering results
* A professional manner
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* An ability to manage time effectively
* Focused and target driven
* A proven track record in KPI delivery
* An ability to work with others and use own initiative
* Confident at talking to high level Decision Makers
* Very persistent whilst remaining polite
Desired qualifications:
* Ideal but not essential: a qualification from the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM)
* Any other industry recognised qualifications would be an advantage
Lead Generation Specialist Responsibilities:
* KPI delivery
* Pipeline Building - and categorisation - for future opportunities
* Market intelligence and feeding back areas of development
* Reporting performance stats weekly and monthly
* Be organised and ready with a plan for each call "preparation"
* Follow up on leads in the time scales agreed
