Description

Experienced and effective Sales Executive wanted to promote Renewable Energy projects worldwide.

The role will be based in the Asia Pacific Region with HQ Office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

OTE of £75,000 per annum, uncapped

The role is a salaried position and has a full relocation package including flights, accommodation,visas and medical cover. There is an excellent commission structure on offer and various prospects for progression.

Top performers consistently exceed the quoted OTE.

Experience/Skills preferred:

* Experience of Telephone based sales; a background in Energy sales or Alternatives is excellent but candidates from backgrounds such as PPI, Lead Generation and Utilities have gone on to excel with this client.

* Used to dealing with clients and closing business at all levels.

* An assertive attitude.

* Be able to demonstrate excellent negotiating skills and build rapport instantly.

* A fluent and intelligent communicator with massive personal ambition and a big dose of common sense

* Energetic and enthusiastic. Resilient and able to handle objections.

* History of achieving and hopefully exceeding targets.

The Company: We are an ethical renewable energy company specialising in PV Solar projects, Wind Farms and an ever growing portfolio of opportunities across Asia and a vision to expand globally.

We proactively seek our corporate clients for our existing and upcoming projects. To do this we require sales people who can close deals at directorate level and maintain relationships over the long term.

We have developed a unique sales approach that allows us to maximise on every opportunity possible. Full and ongoing support and training will be provided but we are looking for candidates who are responsible for their own development.

Through our professional approach and excellent attention to customer service we aim for substantial growth in our organisation. We offer uncapped commissions and a fast paced but intimate work environment which is not always for everybody.

Candidates will have a successful background in B2B or B2C environments but most of all they must have a passion for sales and a desire to maximize their earning potential through the commissions on offer. Our clients are savvy and we are looking for people who can talk to them on their level.

Our team work with a pro-active approach and you will be speaking to clients who have requested further information for the products we offer. You will need to have a strong sales background and experience closing business regularly over the telephone.

Progression: As we are one of the fastest growing renewable companies currently in the sector, we are always looking for people and we only promote internally.

The Package

This is a genuine opportunity to earn what you are worth. Commissions are uncapped and substantial. There is a competitive base salary and is supplemented by excellent commissions, bonuses, and perks to the job. We proactively reward success with sales bonuses above and beyond the commission structure.

A full relocation package is also provided including flights, visas, medical insurance and ongoing accommodation as well as other incentives such as additional cash bonuses and also paid trips. Past examples include all expenses paid trips to the Maldives and the Singapore Grand Prix.
