Client Services Assistant
12 Month FTC

My client based in the business district of the City Centre is looking to recruit a Client Services Assistant to propose all retail and corporate business to the various finance houses in a timely manner. This is a Monday to Friday hybrid role with work from home days set at Monday and Friday. The salary is £22,000-£24,000
To propose all Finance retail and corporate business to the various Finance Houses in a timely manner and monitoring all decisions, to ensure the company receives the maximum opportunities to write all possible business. Application decisions are to be handled efficiently and the relevant parties advised of each individual proposals progress. Responsible for obtaining relevant financial documentation and ensuring its accuracy prior to issuing to dealers or development managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the processing of Retail and Corporate finance applications received from dealers, development and operations managers.
* Proposing all applications to various Finance Houses using the relevant online systems.
* Monitoring applications and ensuring decisions are received within the specified timescales.
* Updating the application system with all finance house decisions and advising dealers and development managers.
* Establishing settlement figures were applicable.
* Requesting and producing finance documents and issuing to dealers or external representatives via the portal.
* Inbound MIVF Customer Service calls.
* Handling dealer, development managers and finance company queries effectively and efficiently.
* Providing support and resource to Reception as required.
* Adhering to the company code of conduct
